Chicago Bears Approved for Teardowns at Arlington Racetrack

Alpine Demolition Services has been chosen by the Bears to handle the demolition of the Arlington Racetrack.

According to the documents submitted by the club to the village, the demolition work, including the grandstand, west entrance, jockey building, paddock, office, east entrance, concession stand, main shed, scoreboard, and guard house, is estimated to cost approximately $2.34 million. The Bears have selected Alpine Demolition Services, a St. Charles-based contractor, as indicated in the application materials.
