ALPINE PROVIDED SELECTIVE SALVAGE AND INTERIOR SELECTIVE DEMOLITION OF THE 31ST FLOOR.
For this office building demolition project, our team provided selective salvage and interior selective demolition of the 31st floor of 69 West Washington during night shift with no supervision. Salvage included cataloging and removing existing office doors, door frames, and staging for reuse. Removals included ceilings, interior partitions, millwork, and flooring. Work performed above the Cook County administration offices with no disruptions.
