Kelli is a graduate of Iowa State with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Kelli was introduced to the demolition field thirteen years ago and was attracted to the conscious emphasis on being green and recycling of debris, plus it is an exciting field. Kelli decided to be a part of saving our environment in this spectrum and started a demolition company, ALPINE DEMOLITION SERVICES, LLC. Kelli handles everything from administrative duties, estimating, budgeting and accounting functions.

Vice President of Operations since Alpine's inception, Karsten assists Kelli in the overviewing estimates, operations, safety and marketing. Karsten has a bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Univ. of FL) and Masters of Business (Northern Illinois University). Karsten has been in the construction industry since 1990.

Dave Geertz joined Alpine Demolition Services in February of 2010 as our General Superintendent, bringing with him over 18 years experience in management of the construction/demolition and recycling industry. Dave coordinates all field operations, equipment, manpower and safety training.
Dave studied Business at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and is a licensed building inspector and asbestos contractor supervisor, Dave is fully trained in hazardous waste operations and OSHA compliance. Experienced in complete structure demolition, industrial dismantling and turnkey site development Dave coordinates and works with our customers to provide the most efficient and cost effective approach to site development.

Bill has over 20 years in the demolition and environmental remediated industries which includes 12 years of estimating all sizes of interior and total building demolition projects in both the private and public sectors. Bill maintains strong relationships with architects, consultants, building owners and general contractors to complete projects on time and within budget. Bill's formal schooling took place at Fenwick High School and Eastern Illinois University.

Construction Accountant since 2008. Kirsten's duties include Accounts Payable, Receivables and Payroll, including EEO reporting, certified payroll and union reporting. Kirsten assists Kelli with general accounting and Human Resource duties. Kirsten also assists Karsten, Bill and Dave with pre-job qualifications as well as job set up and coordination consisting of insurance, notifications, permitting, LEED and closeout. Kirsten started working in the construction accounting field out of High School after graduating in 1991 from Hinsdale South High School in Darien, IL.
